Purchase Policies

BELOW ARE POLICIES BY MANUFACTURER

Return Policies: Warranty period begins on date of delivery. We have a 6 month warranty on all BL (brushless) motors, controllers, throttles, chargers, battery bags or bike racks, and a 60-day warranty on all BD (brushed) motors, controllers, throttles, chargers, battery bags or bike racks. There is NO WARRANTY on battery packs, since we have no way of verifying customer misuse vs. manfacturing defects. We do not charge a restocking fee on returns nor on exchanges. We are not liable for shipping on any returns. An RA (return authorization) number is required for all returns.
Refund Policies: Your money will be promptly refunded if you make a return. Your refund will be made in the same form of payment that you originally used. i.e. paid with credit card, refund by credit card.

Warranties: Wilderness Energy offers warranties on the Bike Electrified Conversion Kits.

Price Policies: Depending on different economic conditions, the prices stated are final at the time of statement. We will do everything in our power to keep pricing the same. If you find a lower price elsewhere, we will try to match it, however, we make no guarantees.
Shipping Policies: Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time of purchase for shipping. If an item you order is on backorder, we will wait until that item is in stock before we ship your order unless otherwise specified. We will not charge your credit card until all items are in stock.
